A few dates to note:

Lent Course 2012

There will be a series of three meetings under the title 'The Unreconciled':
Wednesdays 29th February & 14th March at Christ Church and 28th March at St John's from 8.00pm to 9.30pm (followed by light refreshment)

Week One (Christ Church): Order and Disorder
Week Two (Christ Church): Separation and Unity
Week Three (St. John's): Wounds and healing

These meetings take the place of the St John's weekly prayer meetings on these dates.  The Lent course will be followed by churches across New Malden though Churches Together in Malden. poster details

Lent Talks on Thursday Lunchtimes at All Saints Kingston - Food, Fasting & Faith - each Thursday 1st to 29th March from 1:10 to 2;00 pm.  details....

Prayer meetings

Wednesdays 8 - 9 p.m. in church: St John's weekly prayer meeting:  prayer to seek God in our church, community, mission & outreach.

Thursdays: There is an open invitation to all to attend the weekly prayer meeting held at Christ Church from 9.15am to 10.00am.

Make a regular date with Soak:  Silent Prayer with relaxing Music  Soak normally rotates between the St. John's Church Centre and Christ Church Centre (new venue: Youth Lounge in the Parish Hall) in Coombe Road.

Soaking evenings:

  • St John's: 30th January; 27th February; 26th March
  • Christ Church: 9th January; 13th February; 12th March

The soaking centre will be open from 7.45-9.30. Please feel free to come and go as you wish, spending as much time as you need.  Details.
